Where are you located?
We are located at 123 Church Street NW in Vienna, VA. Please note that we are on the NorthWest side of Church Street near Bazin's restaurant. The NorthWest side of Church Street is the side nearest the Vienna Post Office. Parking is conveniently located in front of our store.

What are your hours?
Our store is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Our boutique is closed on Sunday and Monday. All services are by appointment only. Need a product but can't come in? Please call us at (571) 214-8689 during store hours and we will happily ship directly to you (shipping/handling fees apply.)

What forms of payments do you take?
We take cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard.

How do I book a facial?
Unfortunately, we are currently booked, but we sincerely appreciate your interest in our services. Please email or call us at (571)214-8689 if you would like to be placed on our waitlist.

When will your online booking system reopen?
There has been much confusion about our 2010 appointment schedule and our online booking system. This summer we began to realize that our clientele was increasing at a very rapid pace. In response, we tried to implement some temporary changes, such as halting new client registrations and then closing the system all together, to only allow our core, loyal clients access to available appointments. As of now January 2010 is fully booked with a small waiting list for cancellations.

The month of February is also closed as I will be taking a short break to rest and revaluate how best to accommodate our growing clientele. The last five years have been a whirlwind of growth (with many of you there since the very beginning in the very first very small location!). Much can be done to make our current location more capable of handling this growth, but a little downtime is needed to make that happen.

We hope to have a set schedule up and ready by early February to start taking March appointments. If you would like to be placed on the January waitlist please email us your ideal time and day to Pilar@StudioOrganics.com. Your support and loyalty has been truly tremendous. Thank you!

Do you sell gift certificates?
Unfortunately, not at this time. We realize that there has been some disappointment about our decision to not sell gift certificates this holiday season. We apologize to any of you who were hoping to do so. We currently have a long backlog of clients who have yet to redeem their past gift cards and we would like to not only catch up on those, but also hold off on selling more until our 2010 schedule is fully up and running.

If you need a product but can't come in, please call us at (571) 214-8689 during store hours and we will happily ship directly to you. A shipping and handling fee of $7.95 applies to orders less than $250. Free shipping for orders above $250.
